Uncomfortable bed!!! Umbrella situation caused unnecessary inconvenience!!! Worn out bathrobes could use an upgrade!!! Overall room design could better prioritize user experience!!!

Had an amazing one-night stay! The stunning rooftop views were a highlight, and the black cod I ordered at the restaurant was a culinary delight. Can't wait to return!

Celebrating my birthday here was magical! The staff, especially Mr Henry Chan, went above and beyond, making me feel special with thoughtful gestures. Enjoyed delicious dining options and a beautiful birthday cake. The stylish room was spacious, and I loved every moment of my stay.

The upgrade to a grand room was a

pleasant surprise, providing ample space and comfort. The staff, especially Eric and Florence, were attentive and helpful. However, it would have been nice to have more ‘before’ photos during the historic tour, as this could enrich the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at murray, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was very nice, with helpful tips for getting around and ensuring a seamless experience. The breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries and a variety of gluten-free options

We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a grand room upon arrival. The space was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

The Murray impresses with its stunning design and friendly staff, but the dining experience fell short when our dinner turned out to be in an awkward banquet hall instead of a restaurant. Despite this, room service was prompt, and the breakfast offered a delightful mix of cuisines.

Would be happy to recommend for a city trip

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a great view of the park and convenient access to public transportation, including the peak tram station just next door.

the location of the murray, hong kong, a niccolo was spot on, right in the heart of the business district with fantastic views. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially when they helped organize a surprise party effortlessly. it really felt like 5-star service.

perfect heart of the city for city walks and parks

I absolutely loved the convenience of being just a short walk away from the beautiful Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, where I enjoyed a relaxing stroll among nature, and also appreciated how close I was to the stunning Victoria Peak for breathtaking views of the city. while the hotel did provide a fantastic breakfast to fuel my adventures, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking.
